In August we rolled out several updates with our continued support of industry standards, updated our homepage to feature Silicon-to-Silicon content and made a highly requested update to our product detail pages to show pricing and distributor stock.

Show Pricing and Distributor Stock on Product Detail Pages
Over the past several months, we’ve made a variety of e-commerce updates to Samtec.com. From improving the sample checkout process, to improving the online order process, to upgrading the APIs that My Samtec uses, and a few others, the e-commerce experience of Samtec.com is steadily improving.
Recently, we have added our standard book pricing and distributor availability to our Full Part Product Detail pages. This currently exists for logged-out users on all pages that feature a full part number. You can read more about this update here in a recent blog post.
Updated Homepage to Feature Silicon-to-Silicon content
For the past few years, we have grown our Silicon-to-Silicon focus to support the next generation of system demands.
In August, we released a major upgrade to the Silicon-to-Silicon area of our website, which highlights all of our products and capabilities in this area.
With this homepage update, we have brought even more attention to these capabilities by updating the Samtec.com homepage with a Silicon-to-Silicon focus.

Updated Samtec Teraspeed Consulting Experience

We recently moved Samtec Teraspeed Consulting from a microsite of its own, into the Samtec.com domain. This makes its content and services far easier to find for our users who are looking for full system optimization for their applications and signal integrity training.

Industry Standards Content Updates
We continued the rollout of several new content and experience updates to our Industry Standards section of our website. Here are several new pages that were released in August. Take note of the PCI/104-Express page. This section is getting a complete revamp which should be rolled out sometime in late September or early October.
Other updates include featuring the new TechwaY TigerFMC board on our VITA 57.4 page, as well as some polishes to the SFF-SIG and SMTPE pages.
