The 15th annual Manufacturing Leadership Awards Gala, by the National Association of Manufacturers, took place on June 12, 2019.
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Judges look for leaders that have demonstrated achievement across a wide variety of domains including sustainability, operational excellence, innovation, supply chain management, and more.
Samtec Wins Collaborative Innovation Leadership Awards
Samtec was nominated in the Collaborative Innovation Leadership category among several other leading companies, including AGCO Corp., BAE Systems, HP, Inc., and The Dow Chemical Company.
Samtec took top honors in this category for its product configurator application – example here.
This application is at the core of the digital design process on Samtec.com. It allows users to instantly start their design process by downloading a custom 3D Model in any format, without even as much as a login or email address.
Overall High Achiever Award
Samtec also took home the High Achiever Award to be recognized as the overall winner among all nominees, which is an incredible honor.
This award is given to the winning project that receives the highest score from the ML Awards Judges among all categories.
