Samtec Cares Program Grants Over $711,000 To Local Non Profits

Being a good corporate citizen of a community carries responsibility, and Samtec Inc., believes it should always work to improve the quality of life in our communities, employees, and neighbors. The Samtec Cares Grant Program was established in 2018 to positively impact and assist charitable organizations within our local and global communities.

Impact of the Samtec Cares Program

On August 20th, 2024, Samtec, Inc. opened its doors at corporate headquarters in New Albany, Indiana, and celebrated many like-minded non-profit organizations making a difference and incredible impact in our community.  During the ceremony, Samtec Cares awarded $711,557 in grants.

Each grant provides support for services, such as:

  • Educating and engaging the imaginations of the young
  • Feeding the hungry
  • Clothing and housing the sick and homeless
  • Preserving and restoring our local history
  • Improving economic opportunities

The work that these non-profit organizations are doing to meet our community’s needs also honors what we call our SAMTEC DNA

  • They deliver incredible service to their clients.
  • They are flexible and can respond/embrace change… (an understatement over the past few years.)
  • They are innovative. And know how to learn, grow, and have fun!
  • And no matter what, it is about the people; believing everybody can win.
