January and February bring some of the biggest trade shows of the year for Samtec, which means a barrage of new product announcements, webpages, and capabilities. Several of these pages are in this update, as well as more UX updates to our on-site search functions.

Here are the major updates to Samtec.com for February 2026.

New SureCoat™ Marketing Page

At Samtec, we challenge conventional engineering methods to help optimize our customers’ entire system — from BOM, to cost, to deployment. The RMS Consortium (formerly the PC/104 Consortium) develops and maintains rugged, modular, and stackable embedded computing standards trusted across aerospace, defense, industrial automation, transportation and energy sectors. New Accelerate Boost Family Page

AcceleRate® Boost 112 Gbps PAM4 Flyover® cable system offers enhanced signal integrity performance with increased row-to-row spacing and Samtec’s proprietary Eye Speed Thinax™ ultra low skew twinax cable technology.

The AcceleRate® Boost cable system provides a significant reduction in NEXT and Return Loss compared to similar cable solutions, as well as lower resonances and tighter impedance. Available in a 2-row design with up to 24 differential pairs, this cable-to-board solution features an extended flexible strain relief for increased durability, and metal latching for a secure connection.

New NovaRay® Micro Rugged Backplane System Page

As data rates increase, trace length on PCBs decrease. Samtec’s high-speed, Flyover® cable assemblies simplify PCB design and limit signal degradation in high data rate applications. The NovaRay® Micro Rugged Backplane SI Evaluation Kit provides system designers and SI engineers an easy-to-use solution for testing NovaRay® Micro Rugged Backplane system.

New In-Stock Filters for On-Site Search

One of our top priorities with our website is making sure our users can get the products they need quickly, how they want them. Recently, we have released a few new ways to filter results by stock type in our on-site search. Users can now search by products that are in Samtec Reserve stock (over 200,000 products that ship in 1-day or less), In Stock at Samtec or a Distributor, and In Stock with one of our Distributor partners only. These three ways allow users to find parts by where they are stocked, and not just at Samtec.

Just do any keyword search, such as “high speed cables” and you’ll see these filters on the top-left of the page.
