People
Our Sudden Service does not happen without the numerous associates working on the production floor building the assemblies for you. Sudden Service for Samtec starts the day we are hired and continues through our entire career with the company. Automation scalability is one thing, but the associates who run the equipment have definitely stepped up with thousands of hours of overtime. In some of our overseas facilities the associates never went home. We have dorms and living facilities through the week, but with government mandates many were not allowed to leave for extended periods of time.
Services and actions put in place as a company are not possible without the long history of Sudden Service.
