Yesterday, I ordered dinner from a local restaurant and it was at my door in 45 minutes. Just this morning, I had three packages delivered before 8 AM. As I write this post, a personal shopper is on their way to my house with groceries via Instacart. Later today, I’ll get a few more packages delivered that I ordered late yesterday.
We live in a rapidly evolving world of convenience and same-day shipping. This is something that consumers love and have come to expect. And even though Samtec is mostly a B2B company, virtually everyone in this world is a consumer at home, and those consumers have gotten used to being able to have virtually anything they want shipped to them incredibly quickly.
Enter Samtec Reserve™
Samtec Reserve™ is a new designation that we’ve provided on over 200,000 (and growing quickly) connectors and cables. These are popular stocked parts that are guaranteed to ship in 1-day. Basically, if you see this badge, you can sleep better knowing your product will arrive quickly.
You’ll now see this badge beginning to appear throughout the website. It currently exists on full part and series pages, and we’ll be adding it to applications such as Solutionator and Search and My Samtec in the coming weeks.

If your product is eligible, you’ll see the badge on the right side of the configurator on the series page. This may appear and disappear as you configure your product based on the part number.
