Check out the New Homepage Updates on Samtec.com
If you haven’t yet noticed, things are looking a little different on the homepage of Samtec.com. We’ve just rolled out several updates to better showcase our products.
Updated Main Hero Section
The hero section of a webpage is the top section that a user sees first when the page is first loaded. It has two primary purposes. One, to instantly tell the user they are in the right place, and two, to inform them of what’s next. We do these two things with this update by showcasing our products with stunning imagery created by our world-class graphics team, and simple call-to-action buttons in each panel.
This section features five main hero banners to point users to various products, tools, and areas across Samtec.com

- High-Speed Board-to-Board Solutions
- Flexible Stacking Solutions
- RF Solutionator
Secondary Hero Section
The secondary section just below the main imagery is meant to direct users to other important areas of the website at a glance, and continue to tell the story. This has been updated with new graphics and a new ‘glass’ effect (GCT anyone?).

The Solution Blocks Section
The next pieces of a homepage, and the last one in our case, are meant to send the user down the right path to what they are looking for. This is where we feature our Solution Blocks, six product areas designed to help customers find the solution they need quickly.
This section has been updated with new colors and an overall better look and feel to be more accessible and user-friendly.

These updates bring the Samtec.com homepage more in-line with the branding used in our most current literature, creating more continuity throughout what you see offline and online with the Samtec brand.
