To register for an account of your own, just go to https://samtec.com/register. It only takes about a minute, and you’ll get all of these great benefits.
Note: After you register, make sure to confirm your email address with the email we send you. Otherwise many of the benefits below will not function correctly.
To access your company’s custom pricing on the website, including any quotes, you can create a My Samtec account using the link above. Once we have successfully linked your account to your company in our internal systems, you’ll see your custom pricing in our Pricing and Delivery tool, as well as on our Product pages. Your pricing will also match any formal quotes that you have open.
Easy Online Ordering and Sampling
You’ll also be able to easily purchase products from Samtec.com. Once you have a profile set up, we’ll be able to auto-populate quite a bit of your address information in our online checkout system. We’ll also save this information for the future. You can also set default shipping options, and more to easily order products from us in under a minute.
You’ll also be able to order samples with just a few clicks, as we’ll pre-populate all of your account information in the sample form for you. All you have to do is confirm it and place your request!
Easy Sample and Order Tracking
If you’ve placed Sample and Orders online, you’ll have access to an online order tracking system to get the status of your order at any time. This is complete with tracking information, order details, shipping status, and more.
Easy Quote Lookups
You’ll also have access to our Quote Status tool where you can see all of your open quotes. You can search by a specific quote number, or see a list of your recent open quotes. This tool will contain similar information to the Order details screen, but more specific to quotes.
Personalized Product Pages
When you have a My Samtec account, we personalize several areas of your product pages for you. This includes pricing information, 3D model download type (if you set it in your profile), as well as your browsing history for what series and parts you have recently viewed. All of these benefits make your product pages much more useful.
Saved Project Lists
Lastly, you’ll also be able to create multiple saved wishlists for any ongoing projects you have that include Samtec products. You can name your lists anything you want and save your parts in them with just a couple of clicks. You can then return to these lists at any time and re-add the products to your cart very easily, and you can even do it in batches. This is a great tool to easily restock and reorder several parts at a time.
