Much more than just another connector company, Samtec puts people first with a commitment to exceptional service, quality products, and convenient design tools.
We believe that people matter, and taking care of our customers, our employees and our surrounding communities is paramount in how we approach our business. This belief is deeply ingrained throughout the organization.
The Samtec Cares Grant Program was created to positively impact and assist charitable organizations within the communities in which we live, work and play. Our areas of focus for our first grant cycle were:
- Arts and Culture
- Community Development
- Health and Social Services

On January 4, we presented checks totaling nearly $500,000 to 17 non-profit organizations within our community during our first cycle of Samtec Cares. We plan to have two grant cycles per year.
Recipients of grants through our first grant cycle include organizations such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Dare to Care, Ronald McDonald House and the United Way of Scott County.
