NovaRay®: NovaRay combines extreme density and performance in 40% less space than traditional arrays. The fully shielded differential pair design and two reliable points of contact contribute to the industry-leading 4.0 Tbps aggregate data rate.

AcceleRate® HP: AcceleRate HP high-performance arrays and cable systems, on 0.635 mm pitch, feature 112 Gbps PAM4 extreme performance. The flexible open-pin-field design maximizes grounding and routing flexibility. Data Rate compatible with PCIe® Gen 5 and 100 GbE. Low-profile 5mm and up to 10 mm stack heights.
112 Gbps PAM4 Flyover® High-Speed Cable Assemblies

NovaRay Cable System: Samtec NVAC series cable assembly boasts industry-leading aggregate data rate density — 2x the data rate in 60% of the space. 8 to 32 signal pairs with two reliable points of contact, with 72 pairs in development. Rugged metal latching system increases reliability. Available with 2, 3, or 4 rows of contacts; with 1 or 2 banks of pins, with up to 16 pairs/bank.

NovaRay I/O Front Panel Cable System: NovaRay I/O offers the highest aggregate data rate on the market, 3,584 Gbps PAM4, with a high-density cable-to-cable bulkhead panel connection. Passive electric external cables prevent a large thermal load at the panel and require no heat sinks, saving valuable panel space.

ExaMAX® Backplane Cable System: ExaMAX® backplane cable systems improve signal integrity and routability using Samtec Flyover® technology, which routes the signal above a lossy PCB using co-extruded, ultra-low skew twinax for improved bandwidth and reach. Direct solder attach to contacts optimizes the signal path, further enhancing performance.
Samtec Flyover® QSFP-DD System: Samtec’s Flyover QSFP Systems (FQSFP-D8 for 800 G) provide improved signal integrity and architectural flexibility by routing critical high-speed signals through low-loss, ultra low skew twinax cable, instead of through expensive, lossy PCBs. The ultra-high-density design includes sideband signaling via press-fit contacts to help increase airflow, and a multitude of “End 2” options allow for maximum design flexibility.
