Solutionator, our board-to-board parametric search tool, has been a staple of Samtec.com for years. This tool allows users to select a few filters and be presented with options for a mated set solution in under a minute.
Users can then download models, sample, and buy products from the application.
With the most recent update to the homepage of Samtec.com, we have enabled users to access the six main parametric filters of Solutionator in an easy to use widget. These filters are:
- Pitch
- Stack Height
- Positions
- Board Termination
- Mating Orientation
- Row Type
Users can select from any combination of these options, then click the “Parametric Search” button to look up the results in the Solutionator application. From there, the user can continue to filter further using the additional options or remove filters if no results were returned.
Using this feature, users can arrive on the homepage of Samtec.com and request a sample of a mated set solution in under a minute. Very cool.
